Nobile Kiteboards, is Canada’s top manufacturer and distributor of top-quality outdoor high-performance kite & skateboard products. Nobile was started in the 1960’s by a group of enthusiastic kiteboarders who wanted to create a high-performance kiteboard with better control. They built their first boards from high quality fiberglass material and later moved on to offer a wide variety of other high performance skateboard accessories. In recent years, the company has branched out into offering complete kite & kiteboard packages that include kiteboard sails, fittings, accessories, and repair kits. They have also expanded their manufacturing capabilities to include aluminum and polyester fiberglass boards.
Nobile Kiteboards has several models of popular kiteboards for both girls and boys. The newest model, the Nobile XL, is a complete board with mounting options, including a matching rail, trailer hitch, and winch. This board has larger turn radius, increased stability, longer carrying capacity, and superior maneuverability, making it an excellent choice for any type of kiteboarding.
Nobile has developed several line designs with names such as the Nobile Bluer, Nobile Chronos, and the Nobile Magna. Each of these line designs is focused on different aspects of kite boarding, including riding comfort, freestyle tricks and board control. Most feature a comfortable riding seat with a rocker or flex board surface, built-in tie-down system, and are available in several sizes for both boys and girls.
The Nobile Bluer is one of the company’s most popular models. The lightweight, flexible frame and plush design of the Nobile Bluer make it an excellent choice for kite riders of all ages. The built-in pre-stress features give the rider a smoother ride; the seat can be configured in three different ways for either right handed or left handed, with a built-in tie-down system included. It also features a smooth ride and easy tie down for maximum stability.
The most recent release in the line of exceptional nobile boards is the Nobile Chronos. Unlike the older versions that were hard and unyielding, the newer series is more flexible thanks to a molded, fiberglass hull and a pre-stress feature. The large size of the deck allows for plenty of room for maneuvers, while still allowing you to hang off the rear cargo area. The onboard storage compartment is expandable and includes tie down straps for extra stability and a rack and pinion fittings for hanging boards.
The most notable innovation in the line of mobile kiteboards is the “split” option. The specially-formulated deck provides the same amount of stability as the stock deck, but adds a second piece for added maneuverability. The split board acts as both a riding surface and a tail for those moments when you want to try something new, and it has been designed with comfortable vented seats so that you can sit on the deck for hours at a time.
